Short stays, full care
A private room and round-the-clock care for a few days or weeks so family caregivers can rest.
Start with a conversation
Tell us about your loved one and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet their needs. If we can, we will assess them before move-in and write a care plan with you. If we can’t, we will help you find a home that can.

Paying for care
We accept private pay and Medicaid. Medicaid is accepted after four years of private pay under a private-pay agreement. Rates are quoted in writing after the assessment, and the monthly rate covers the room, meals, personal care, medication management, housekeeping and 24-hour staffing.
Common questions
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We accept private pay and Medicaid. Medicaid is accepted after four years of private pay under a private-pay agreement, which is a common arrangement in Washington adult family homes. Ask us and we will walk you through how it works for your situation.
What is included in the monthly rate?
A private bedroom, three home-cooked meals a day plus snacks, personal care, medication management, housekeeping, laundry and 24-hour staffing with a caregiver awake at night. We give you a written rate after the assessment so there are no surprises.
How do we know if a resident is a good fit?
The owner meets the prospective resident and family, reviews their care needs with their doctor and writes a care plan before move-in. If we cannot meet a need safely we say so and help you find the right home.
The best way to know is to visit.
Tours are by appointment. Meet the caregivers, see the rooms and stay for a cup of coffee.
