What a small home gives you

Time with residents

Six residents at most means a low caregiver-to-resident ratio: care, not a call-bell sprint.

A steady team

The same colleagues, the same residents and an owner who is on site every day.

Training that counts

We support HCA and NAC certification, CPR and first aid, and Washington’s dementia and mental-health specialty training.

Positions we hire for

Openings change through the year. Apply for the role that fits and we will keep your application on file for the next opening if there is no vacancy today.

Caregiver (HCA / NAC)

Days and evenings. Personal care, medication assistance, meals and companionship. Full-time and part-time shifts.

Awake night caregiver

Awake and on the floor through the night: checks, repositioning, reassurance and the morning handover.

Cook / housekeeper

Home-cooked meals for the household, kitchen hygiene, laundry and keeping the home welcoming.

What you will need

  • Washington State Home Care Aide (HCA) or Nursing Assistant (NAC) certification, or willingness to obtain it within the state deadline
  • Cleared Washington State background check and fingerprinting
  • CPR and first-aid certification and a current TB test
  • Washington State food-handler permit
  • Dementia and mental-health specialty training (we can arrange it)
  • Reliability, patience and a genuine liking for older people
